                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM BENNY A. WATTS AND
                   PAMELA S. WATTS, RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO.
                   73B-1, BIG RIDGE COLLECTOR SEWERS III, TRACT
                   NO. 612, FOR A CONSIDERATION OF TWO THOUSAND
                   DOLLARS ($2,000.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Benny A. Watts and Pamela S.
       Watts, relative to Contract No. 73B-1, Big Ridge Collector Sewers 

       III, Tract No. 612, for a consideration of $2,000.00.
